Pimped out Radio Flyer Wagon Concept
Man the wagon sure has grown up. Even though this is close to converting from concept to retail, I doubt the suggested $1,000 sticker shock will make it a recession-ready gift. It is sweet wit, though. MP3 dock, cup holders and all.
I doubt their consumer research was extensive. More like limited to rich people.
Torq DJ Demo
Here’s a clip of me mixing with my Torq Dj set up. This demonstrates all the disciplines involved with mixing. It requires careful listening, a sharp eye for the breakdowns and bridges in tracks and it’s very tactile when you’re tweaking EQ knobs and cross faders. I captured this so that you could watch mixing in action and also hear what it’s like from the DJ’s point of view. You can hear the individual tracks being cued and overlaid over top of each other. The tracks are from Terry Lee Brown Jr.’s Soft Pack.
